Led communications strategy and execution for DEI, inclusive game design (representation, accessibility, and trust and safety), ESG, and The Call of Duty Endowment (the company’s non-profit focused on veterans’ employment).
Partnered with our Head of Inclusive Game Design to craft the company’s narrative and comms approach to inclusive game design. Landed stories in publications like Forbes, Rolling Stone, and Refinery29, and two panels at SXSW, and launched accessibility features for Call of Duty Modern Warfare III and Black Ops 6. Activision is now widely considered an innovator in this space and was recognized by the Game Awards and GA Conf for best accessibility innovation in 2024.
Led the comms strategy for the Call of Duty Endowment, launching several in-game packs to raise funds for the non-profit and garnering coverage to grow awareness of veterans’ employment issues in CNBC, CBS, R29, VentureBeat and more.
Sat on the leadership team of Activision Blizzard’s AAPI network, organizing events and regular check-ins to keep network members engaged and informed.
Made a lateral move into a role at Activision after the Xbox integration to lead the same verticals, but the role was ultimately eliminated during company-wide layoffs in July 2025.
